Anne Smith

COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT

South Carolina native Anne Smith has provided customized communications strategies to brands big and small for 15 years. She currently works as the Co-Founder of The Social Ease and communications consultant at Keylight Communications. 

In her career, including years with the state’s two largest advertising agencies, Anne has served a range of clients, including: healthcare (Prisma Health), financial and professional services (McGregor & Associates), advocacy (Buckle Up SC, South Carolina Election Commission), B2B (Kentwool Manufacturing), non-profits (LiveWell Greenville), consumer brands (Firehouse Subs), and real estate/tourism/travel (The Reserve at Lake Keowee, Seabrook Island, Riverbanks Zoo). 

A graduate of Clemson University, where she earned the Geddes Award for excellence in communication studies, the 100th annual Trustees’ Medal, and an invitation to deliver her graduating class’ keynote speech, Anne also has a Master of Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina’s School of Journalism. She lives in Greenville, SC with her husband and four children.
